FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
Also please be aware that some of the images of our cracker contents are used to show customers the type of item they will be receiving inside their crackers and not necessarily the exact gift contents of the crackers. Our Product Descriptions will inform you if the contents of our crackers may vary from what is displayed in the contents image. If this the case please be assured that all contents used will be similar in type and value, as we are always adding new and interesting items to our gift lines.

Please be aware that this is only possible if you signed up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions related to your sales receipts, you can reach out to our billing team directly through info@bbe-eg.com.

only accept returns of unused and unopened items. If it is clothing, you must keep the tags on the clothing in order to return the purchase.
Call customer service. If you are unsure of any aspect of returning an item, call or email customer service for the website that you purchased the item from. Or contact the seller directly by email to arrange a return or refund if you have purchased
If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small. There are so many other reasons why a product is out of stock for an extended period of time:
- The product or brand is being re-designed
- The manufacturer is on vacation/holiday
- The product is being reformulated
- The product has been recalled
- The manufacturer is busy or overwhelmed
- We are waiting to sell through more product before placing a new order
- The manufacturer has discontinued selling to distributors
If you are purchasing from our EGYPT site, orders will only be able to be delivered to a Egyptian address. If we realises that it is not a Egyptian address, we will contact you to inform of order cancellation.
Currently, we are available for online orders in ALL around EGYPT.
You may put in your home or work addresses. We do not allow a change of full address thus please make sure to confirm your delivery address before completing the order. Please note that our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes and certain remote areas. In the event of such cases, we will contact you to inform of order cancellation.
My country is not listed above. Can I still place an order with you?
Although we would love to receive your order, we currently cannot ship outside of the country which the order was made. If you would like to make a purchase for another country, do visit our website for the respective countries to make purchases from there. If we are not in the country you would like to deliver it to, don’t be disheartened, we are constantly expanding, and aims to reach even more African andAsian countries in the future.
